Martin Hoather joins the company to advance its operations and enhance the senior management team.
Cambridge Pixel announces the appointment of former Royal Navy Engineer Officer Martin Hoather as Director of Operations. Martin joins the company to further advance its manufacture and support of radar processing products and to enhance the senior management team.
Since transitioning to an employee-owned company three years ago, Cambridge Pixel has continued to grow its global business. With the naval industry as one of its largest markets, the company will benefit from Martin’s background with the Royal Navy. During this naval career, Martin undertook a wide variety of roles with a recurring focus on maritime radar and command systems. More recently, he has gained nearly a decade of SME operations and management experience in the Cambridge technical sector, making his appointment ideal to support Cambridge Pixel’s future growth.
Commenting on the new appointment, Cambridge Pixel’s Managing Director David Johnson said, “This is a key appointment to position the company for the next phase of growth. Martin brings the right set of operational and business skills that Cambridge Pixel needs, and his experience with small commercially-focussed companies, combined with his background in the Royal Navy is a unique combination.”
